Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the id888 platform, including the website at id888.lol, all associated mobile interfaces, game lobbies, betting markets, account features, payment services, and promotional offers (collectively, the "Platform"). • You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise lawfully permitted to access online gaming platforms under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction at the time of each login.
• You must not be a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register, and must not be subject to any court order or regulatory restriction that prohibits gambling activity.
• You must register with accurate, complete, and current personal information. The name, date of birth, and mobile number on your id888 account must match the identity documents submitted during KYC.
• Each individual may hold only one id888 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances being voided.

Account Registration and Management

To access the full features of id888 — including deposits, betting, and claiming bonuses — you must register an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify id888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party. id888 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep login details secure.
• id888 reserves the right to require additional KYC at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
• id888 may close or suspend an account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or money laundering.
• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawals will be processed on standard timelines. Any active bonuses at the time of closure are forfeit.
• id888 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings to another individual.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on id888 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). id888 supports the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited — all payment details must belong to the registered account holder's own verified accounts.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum limits vary by payment method and account tier; current limits are shown at the time of each transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your id888 wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. id888 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or technical outages.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 4 hours during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. Withdrawals requested outside operating hours will be processed the next available business day.
• id888 may withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC. Any withdrawal request submitted before KYC is fully approved may be placed on hold until identity documents are verified. This does not constitute a refusal to pay.
• id888 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply their own independent fees; players are responsible for checking their provider's fee schedule.

id888 is committed to preventing money laundering and financing of illegal activities. Any transaction reasonably suspected of being connected to criminal activity will be suspended, reported to relevant authorities as required, and the associated account closed with balances held pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

id888 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional benefits to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions in this section.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The rollover multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in their individual terms. Any bonus funds or free spins not used within the specified period will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• id888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or amend the terms of a promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be retroactively affected by changes to that specific promotion's terms, except where fraud or abuse is detected.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. Only one welcome bonus is available per player; players who previously held and closed an id888 account are not eligible to claim the welcome bonus again.
• id888 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings if there is evidence that a player has exploited a bonus in bad faith, used multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, or employed strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on id888 are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in question. By placing a bet you confirm that you understand the rules and accept the outcome as final, subject only to the dispute resolution process described below.

• Bets accepted by id888 are final once confirmed. A bet may not be cancelled or amended by the player after acceptance, except where id888 expressly offers a cash-out feature and the player exercises it before the event concludes.
• In the event of a technical failure or system error that affects a bet or game round, id888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Bets placed during a verified system malfunction will not be honoured.
• Obvious errors in odds or game displays do not constitute valid bets. id888 may void any bet placed at an erroneously published price and will refund the stake to the player's account. Players who exploit obvious pricing errors may have their accounts suspended.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In case of an abandoned or postponed match, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless specific market rules state otherwise.

Players who believe a bet settlement is incorrect may submit a dispute to id888 customer support within 7 days of the settlement date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. id888's decision following a dispute review is final and binding.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on id888. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities.

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets, generate game outcomes, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for normal human use.
• Collusion between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games or any competitive format offered on the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or any illegal source. id888 applies transaction monitoring and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable anti-money-laundering standards.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform's software for financial gain. Players who discover a technical error must report it to support immediately and must not attempt to exploit it.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, deposit, withdrawal, or bonus claim process, including using another person's identity documents or payment accounts.

Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at id888 staff or other players via any communication channel is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure. id888 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies against individuals engaging in harassment campaigns.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

This limitation applies regardless of the basis of the claim, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

• id888 is not liable for losses resulting from factors outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party payment processing delays.
• id888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtime may occur. id888 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude id888's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

In all cases where id888 is found liable for a direct loss, the maximum aggregate liability of id888 to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
